So here is my Benday Piece re-edited. I colored more of the dots to make it more pleasing to look at and added a gradient background that I thought would compliment the piece further.
So here is my final project finally done. The making of the project and the coloring was done in Adobe Illustrator and animated in Adobe Animate. I had to make every item that was going to be animated its own separate layer, but it was overall fun to animate.
Throughout the semester with these assignments I found mostly all of them very enjoyable as well as meaningful. My few favorite boards are my Japanese Architecture board , Animation Stills board , and my Andy Goldsworthy board . The reason why these stood out to me is because they aligned with my personal interest and had a sense of beauty behind them. Of course the Animation would be my favorite seeing as it's what I'm majoring in college, so seeing other work and how the process is done is very informational to me. The Andy board I mostly liked because most of his art looks like he added onto nature, or things that were already set in life and gave it a more vibrant tune. Lastly, I loved the Japanese Architecture board because how nice most of the homes I found looked. That being said, there is of course more to see in Japan besides the homes, like the trees or festivals.
